Welcome Sister Tracy K. Tolbert to the Electrical Workers Minority Caucus Executive Committee

Tracy K. Tolbert is appointed to the National Electrical Workers Minority Caucus Executive Board as an at-large-member.
Executive Committee Member Tolbert is the current President of I.B.E.W. Local 352 in Lansing, Michigan and is a Remittance Processing Specialist for the Lansing Board of Water and Light. Tracy has worked for the Lansing Board of Water and Light over 35 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, emphasis office management from Eastern Michigan University; an Associates’ Degree in Speech Communication from Lansing Community College, and a Masters’ Degree in Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University. She obtained certification from School for Management.
Tracy has been active in volunteer activities including serving as a Board Member on the YMCA Mystic Lake Union Council where they send youth to camp for a week experience during the summer months; she is a member of A. Philip Randolph, Albion Branch NAACP, and an Executive Board member of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). She is member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. – Delta Tau Omega Graduate Chapter, Lansing, MI. Tracy K. Tolbert is a proud member of Galilee Baptist Church and believes God and family are the center of her life.
Executive Council Member Tolbert was appointed to the National Executive Committee on April 27, 2017 and her term expires January 20, 2019
