NOTICE of EWMC RENEW Recording Secretary Vacancy
In accordance with the provisions of Article VI, Section 8, "All vacancies on the EWMC RENEW Executive Committee created between regular elections shall be filled by the remaining members of the EWMC RENEW Executive Committee. The EWMC RENEW Recording Secretary will notify all EWMC RENEW members of the vacancy and interested members shall have thirty (30) days after the notice is given to submit a resume to the EWMC RENEW Executive Committee.”
In accordance with the provisions of Article VI, Section 4,
“In order to be eligible to hold an office in the EWMC RENEW, a member must meet the following criteria:
A. You must have attended at least 2 EWMC National conferences”
Any eligible EWMC RENEW member wishing to be considered for the position of EWMC RENEW Recording Secretary, and fill the remaining term of the office through January 20, 2019, must submit a resume and cover letter (with short bio) to the National EWMC RENEW Executive Board by September 25, 2017 by email to IBEW EWMC RENEW at firstname.lastname@example.org. Executive Committee members are required to attend monthly meetings on the first Monday of each month.
Action by the Board on any resumes submitted will be taken at the Board’s October 2, 2017 meeting.
